Shakti and the Kundalini

In Hindu and Tantric traditions, Shakti is considered to be the underlying force behind all spiritual growth and transformation. It is said that the goal of spiritual practice is to awaken and tap into one's own inner Shakti, which lies dormant within each individual. This awakening of the inner Shakti is believed to lead to a state of heightened consciousness, spiritual awareness, and personal transformation.

Shakti is also associated with the Kundalini, a serpent-like energy that lies coiled at the base of the spine and is said to be the source of all spiritual energy. Awakening the Kundalini is seen as the key to unlocking one's inner Shakti and experiencing spiritual growth and transformation.

In addition to its spiritual aspects, Shakti is also associated with sensuality and fertility. In Hindu tradition, Shakti is considered to be the source of all life and fertility, and is associated with the power of the female reproductive system.
